hi,
what the difference creating iso files with these two programs?
if i had both, what would be my tool of choice when it comes to backing up games?

question about patching:

do i need to ftp the data directly or is it useful to patch the game with dvd2xbox first? do i need to patch games at all if the iso is created by the game disc tool?

thx for ur help

gruss PCPOS

I think the Authoring Tool uses GDFImage presets, so unless you spend time emulating the ISO and logging file usage for optimized access, you're going to get just that, a GDFImage.

Qwix produces Xbox ISOs that are optimized for faster extraction.

Both should have about the same loading times when burned to DVD.
