i just modded 3 xboxes this morning and im trying to flash them. i have xeniums on all of them. i flashed the first 2 with the cd i made and they are working fine but the 3rd is not working at all. ive tried it over 200 times. sometimes it says unable to load file from cd and sometimes it says bios not properly sized. any suggestions would be appreciated.

they are all tompson drives and the cd-rw im using is memerox. they worked fine on my friends xboxes

All drives are not the same. There can be very significant variation even within the same brand (Memorex works for plenty of people with Phillips drives yet one will never boot in mine - 650MB Maxell CDRW does though, always on first boot). If the CDRW worked in the others and the chips seem installed correctly, this would be the most likely reason.
