I installed XDK using the easy tutorial at http://xbox-scene.com/articles/debug-xdk.php

I wanted to take screen shots of games launched from EvoX. I see that the older XDK seems to have EvoX from the XDK laucher.

I got 5558, and all I see in the laucher is Audio Console App and Xbox Dash. Like this

So, how do I take those screens. I don't really want to flash anymore bioses, since my Xbit have quite a bit of a problem the last time I did i, unless that's the only way. Thanks.

Install and use the Windows Explorer shell extension for xbox. This will give you the capability to do screenshot from any debug title. I doubt that you would be able to run Evox, though, unless you have the debug version.

I can take screen shots, just that only within XDK itself. And I want to take screen shots of games from EvoX. What do you mean by Debug version? Debug version of Evox?

Yes, debug version of Evox. The ones you can find off the usual places is packed, encrypted if you will, and it won't run on a debug BIOS. I'm not sure if you can take screenshots from retail games, though, and that is if you can make them run in the first place.

You can take screenshots of retail games, you just have to put the game at the same plaace the the software are uploaded from xdk. It's somewhere in the e: but i forgot the exact place
