Where do I copy the bios from when I FTP to alter the boot order using XBTool?

what? you've got it all mixed up....

If you want to change the boot order, you need to edit the bios then reflash the chip.

Download the bios, open it up with xbtool and change the boot order to what you want, then save it and flash your chip with the bios.

Sorry I wasn't clear before....I was just wondering from where do you download the bios from when ftp'd to my pc?
