Launch your games in format other than the intended one. Or for those games with mix region, launch them in any mode at will. This should give you a finer control over how your xbox titles are launch. The options will change depending on the game selected.

You just FTP'd or copied another title and don't want to reboot? Well, you won't have too. Hit the "Refresh List" option and see your newly installed title. Game getting too old, no problem, hit the "Delete Game" title and give that HD of yours the much needed space back. smile.gif

Game Saves Manager.

Don't want to launch MS dash to manage your game saves? Again, you won't have too. Do it right from this dash. You can transfer game saves from the HD to any memory unit, vice-versa, or from MU to MU. Take note of the information being provided.

Here's another shot of the Game Saves manager. Note that it displays the XBL DLC too. No, you can't copy DLC from this module since it has the tendency to go over the size of a standard memory unit. But it will be happy to tell you the actual location, then use the file manager to do the actual copying, if you so insist smile.gif

There's more but still being tested by me. These modules are being tested by beta testers as I speak.

So it will change to ntsc/pal on the fly without needing a reboot?

I've found it to be a bit weird with regions from my experience. It does not report the correct region my console is in currently.

The game will control (or now the dash) how it will change the region. If you have a PAL xbox and will be running a PAL game, then, there's no need to change. The option will change depending on the game, say, you have an NTSC game, then you have the option to launch it in PAL, or vice versa. Mix region will have both, giving you the option to run it in either PAL or NTSC.

Once you switched mode, your console with report the new mode until you reboot it, or play another game.

Oh, that's nice to hear biggrin.gif . Just so you know, you cuold list the games as the top level menu. Something like:
CODE
<Menu>
   D:\Games
   ....

   ....
</Menu>

And additionaly, an entry will appear in the context menu, allowing the user to back up individual games to their HD.

unleashx,

actually I don't know if that code you just put above works for toplevel games, but this is what you gave me a few wks ago when I asked smile.gif

CODE

<Menu>
<Sort>On</Sort>
    D:\Games
    <Sort>Off</Sort>
<List Text="System" Sort="Off" Auto="On">

File Explorer

Reboot Xbox

Shutdown Xbox

</List>
</Menu>

thats the way I have it set in every unleashx mgdvd I make
I just have a folder setup ready with everything, and when I want a new mgdvd i just drag my games into the premade games folder and use craxtion to to create the iso.

everythings worked flawlessly so far. smile.gif

oh yeah, that savesgames manager looks awesome. I dont even use the msdash to rip music, so without having to go back there for savegames again, I guess Id never use it again smile.gif

Awesome... Game Save manager is basically the only thing I use the MS Dashboard for anymore... and this will cure that... You are the coolest... Now Install Disc can be much smaller without the need to inlcude the MS dash on them...

Thank you for everything unleashx... I want to make a donation to you... but I don't know how... I'd love to get you that hdtv to vga cable that you need, but I don't know how to get it to you... Also.. not for sure where to buy them...
