2.3b Lite+, Installed right and used to work

X-S Enthusiast Group: Members Posts: 3 Joined: 24-March 04 Member No.: 109502	I installed a 2.3B Lite+ and it worked great for about a month. Then, i installed the 3935 Bios(its close) and it worked for a few hours. Now, I cant even get the bios into the cromwell bank. Ive tried all switches and the chip is installed right, all lights are on and appears to be grounded. Is it possible that the chip just went bad? Please help.

3935 is the vesion of EvoX not the bios.
Bios are 4981.06, M7, Cromwell.

Anyways, I made sure that there is a good contact with the D0 Pogo deal and all lights are on, justs when I turn it on, it goes directly to the MS Dash. I still cant get into the cromwell bios which I have never touched. I tried my known good boot disk and the XBOX doesnt like it. Please Help? Oh yea, im running M7 Bios.

Any way just becasue the D0 is on doesnt mean it has good contack. Try to scrape it and try again and make sure none of the pogopins for the LPC are stuck.

God, I couldn't count how many times I have gotten angry towards my belongings just because something was unplugged or switched off. I tried scraping a little more on the D0 and all LEDs are on when the chip is switched off. When it gets turned on, i still cant get to my Cromwell Bios in bank 2. system-mods wont return my chip or exchange it either. I hope I can get as much help as possible cause i hate wasting money. Good times. Anyone else have any ideas?
