Go to SVC.com. They have super fast shipping. I got mine within two days of ordering and I live in New York while they're in CA. It comes to about $10 with the cost of shipping.

A while ago I compiled a short list and stuck it in the pinned FAQ:

QUOTE
B03. Circular Cold Cathode Fans or other Cathodes (CCFLs/CCs)
- There are hundreds of places online to pick these items up, but here are a few reccomended by Xbox-Scene members:
http://www.xoxide.com
http://www.bigfootcomputers.com
http://www.casecooler.com
http://www.vibecomputers.com
http://www.svc.com
http://www.frozencpu.com
- Try searching Google as well. Don't get ripped off on eBay by shipping charges.. sellers on eBay have a habit of overinflating the shipping costs!!

Someone one the board posted http://www.dealsonic.com and I used them last week. Good prices. Extremely fast shipping, got here in two days on the cheapest shipping option. check them out http://www.dealsonic.com/suledcofa.html

P.S. Ebay sucks for this type of stuff because you end up paying about the same amount you would from a decent online retailer and you have to wait for ever for the auction to end and stupid ass paypal to clear (don't get me started on the evil's of paypal).
