Been trying the last three nights to get this BIOS flashed. Have read through all tuts following them to the letter, used different media types, different bioses yet it still gives me the Unknown Flash error. Tried using the parallel port but that gives errors as well. Any ideas?

Hahah good point. I have the Xecutor 2.3b Pro. I am trying to flash basically anything that will work. The parallel port wont work so I have to use a CDRW. I have the Samsung drive and have tried the Maxell and Memorex CDRW's. I just keep getting the Unknown Flash error. Sorry if I mighta been pissy in that post. Havin the people at the TeamXecutor channel basically tell me to piss off got me kinda mad.
yes when trying to flash I have switch 4 on and the rest off. This post has been edited by patthegreat: Apr 22 2004, 12:51 AM |

Ya. I have switch 4 on and switch 123 off. From what the tuts said thats how you flash in 1 MB mode. The bios I download from xbins and it was 1 mb in size. Could it be that the switches are bad? I know they are tight because I have checked.
