well, there is no 'slayers dash', there is evox. And ok, but what are you trying to do? No one here is a mind reader, so you are going to have to be a little more specific.

You need to have a bios that enables you to access the g drive, I forget the number, somebody else will remember it, then the dashboard will see it.

You don't need a G: unless your HD is very large (only space over 137Gb can be assigned to G: but you can easily just use F: (partition 6) for this space).
In actual usage, you only need G: if your HD is larger than 250Gb. You edit the bios to switch between the 2 types, but usually a format is required. |

Adding on to this, my harddrive is partitioned into an F: and a G:
How do I use the G: without having the program PxLoader 1.3a? Is there anyway to FTP games onto it to be able to play them with an earlier version of PxLoader? If so, what folders should I create on the G: so that my xbox will read the games? |

If you know how to use ftp it's really simple all you will have to do is create a folder called Games on your G: drive with your ftp program, put your games inside that folder in seperate folders of their own. You will need to go into your C: drive with the ftp program afterwards and edit your evox.ini file and find a part that looks something like
I cant think of exactly how the .ini file looks but it's something like that and you will need to add into that part the line G:\Games so that it will know to add the games that it finds in that folder to your list of games. Hopefully that helps some, sorry I'm really bad at explaining things. This post has been edited by antiflag1980: Apr 25 2004, 12:48 PM |

Ok, thanks for the help... but now going further into this:
I have my F: filled and want to transfer some games to the G: If I transfer the files from my F: to G:, hundreds to thousands of files do NOT transfer. Is there anyway to prevent this? (I am using FlashFXP). |
