The size 10 will work, but I think it is actually 15 (there are 3 sizes - 10,15 and 20 used in the xbox)

You mean it is too big? Your driver must be size 20 or above then. (Unless you have the wrong sized screws in your HD)

Strange - I have a 10, 15 and 20 here in front of me.
The 10 fits loosely, the 15 is exact, the 20 is too big.

Give some more info... Is the t-20 too big and the T-10 too small? Does one kind of fit?

its a v1.0 if that matters at all.. i mean i installed my mod chip so i obvioously have a t-10 and 20.

t-10 is just a tad to big.. and on a unrelated note. once i install my new HD and run evoX it will format it for me right?
