Everything was streaming pretty good lately over SMB. Then I started messing around a little with Kai and XBConnect. Now sharing is really slow and even small mp3s start skipping badly. Video is unwatchable. And this is all after Kai engine is closed and XBConnect is closed. Reboot helped, but now that is not even helping. Anyone expereinced similar problems??? Thanks in advance...

Or maybe it is totally unrelated...

Also, in order to use Kai and XBConnect I have to change the config using a crossover to my laptop instead of a WET11 wireless bridge to my router.

it looks like you have high quality audio sampling switched on in audio settings switch it off or to none and retry
