I went to a guy to chip my xbox. I got 160gb hd and evolution x. I read about avalaunch on the internet and decided to install it. I backed up my c: partision and copied a fresh copy of avalaunch to c: by using FlashFXP. But when I boot i get the blue screen where it says xecuter 2 and few seconds later error message 13 (failed to run dashboard or something like that) Does anybody have an idea of how i can fix this. Please help me...

Download and burn Slayer's 2.5 Final installer.

Once it's booted you should be able to FTP to the Xbox.

Make sure that you have Avalaunch named evoxdash.xbe on C:\
Make sure that you have the original Xbox dash XBE named xboxdash.xbe on C:\

It sounds like you are missing both or SOMETHING would have come up.
