no as i said MANY times before you CANNOT use these like downloadable content.. you MUST buy them.. and their well worth it..

these are only for use OFFLINE in showroom/timeattack shit.. if you want to add them to different classes to use in Kudos Challenge you can also do that by editing the
Class =
line in the cars.ini

This is how to unlock the paris tracks:

Paris Frontend Maps.dat
Paris.pak_common
Paris.pak_day
Paris.pak_stream
Paris.pvs_Day

belong in /Game/Areas/

Paris_dry.xwb
Paris_wet.xwb
ParisMono.ini
ParisNight.ini
ParisRain.ini
ParisRefs.ini

in /data/audio/

and

boat01.pak
boat02.pak

in /Cache/Objects/

copy and paste data from new the new ini-files into the original Cities.Ini and Routes.Ini in /Frontend/ and stereo.ini in /data/audio/

Now u have unlocked the paris tracks.

Seems like there are some texturing trouble in the sky!

It crashes my xbox. But its 5 am here in norway and I gotta get some sleep now, hope someone have figured that out by the time i'm awake, if not i'll look into it smile.gif

i had the same sky problems on my own testing.. it flashes blue/purple then when you press A to race it crashes.. i will be looking into it shortly

As u did with the cars:

Copy Cities.Ini from xbox til pc (/Frontend/)

Select all in Cities.ini that came along with content download (/$c/4d53004b/) and paste it into the one u just copied from your xbox to the pc. Save, and upload the file back.

Do the same with Routes.Ini (/Frontend/)

And the same with stereo.ini in (/data/audio/)

i have no problems with paris cars
but when i do the manipulation for the tracks, i have a pink sky in paris and after 1-2 seconds of the intro, it frezes

Dwire2k4 > do you have paris tracks from live or from "offline" files ??
because in your screenshots, it seems that you can play... and me not
