just add .rmvb to the video extentions line if it isnt already there. then download these codecs HERE that support .rmvb. (it works, i play these files on xbmc)

look in the mplayer folder. the codec folder is inside that.

Sorry, the 360 does not run XBMC, and you can't add codecs to it. You will need to re-encode your video files to a format the system can play.
