I got the Jap version of Splinter Cell (NTSC-J) and tried using the SC NTSC exploit but no dice. Seems the Profile.inf isn't liked and comes up as "BAD TYPE" in the save game list.

I looked at the Profile.inf's for the US and Pal version exploits and even though they're the same size, they have different coding. Anyone know if I could just change the code in the Profile.inf and what to change it to?

PS, I live in Japan and I havent been able to find the US or Asia region-free Mechassualt. sad.gif

Welp, unfortunately I wasnt able to use a game exploit. Fortunately enough though ... through a lot of trial and error, I was able to use a dashboard exploit.

I also recommend this method to those who are unable to get any of the exploitable games.

I used Idots xboxhdm 1.5 to make the iso - FRICKEN AMAZING wink.gif and hotswapped my xbox hd with my PC.

made the iso using Slayers 2.5 (has dashboard 4920)
and used the bert and ernie font exploit (for my 4034 kernal) with the signed evox.

Soldered my points and flashed the tsop ... things are great now
