I want to be able to do as much as i can and only spend under $60. I have been looking at the Xecuter 2.3 Lite +. I have heard many of things, i maily play PSO, so i would deffinetely want something that would benifet me in those terms. I want to Be able to be characters that no one else can, i am just looking for opinions here, and state why you think that that/those chip(s) are the best.. Thank you For helping a Noob!
