Ok I think that i have a 1.5 version xbox(i got it in DEC) Anyway I have both Splinter cell and Mechassault. Now my first question is, is the mechassault that comes with xbox live v3 the platinum, it does not say platinum anywhere on it but it does say not for retail sale and came in a cardboard sleeve.

2. Will either ma/sc work on an xbox that has been updated on xbox live

3. Can you play xbox live if this is disabled, and is it just as simple as turning your xbox off to disable it and selecting it from the mechassault save menu to enable it.

4. Can you put emulators and media players and other appz on your hdd and leave them on there and just use them when I boot into evox

5. Which one is better for stabablitiy and which one is easier for a noob.

In my experience:

2) yes

3) yes, but you will have trouble accessing progs/games saved on the xbox, you'll have to delete your c: files and go back to what you had before

4) yes

5) I use the audio hack, leaves my xbox to access the ms dash on power-up. I gather it's more stable than font hack, but i've never tried font.
