where do i change the highlight bar.. (the color of the current menu item you are on.) i got everything else changed in HeXbe but the highlight bar its still red. any help thnx

It depends on if your using thc or thc LITE.

For thc LITE you only need to change the skin.xip, but for thc you have to open default.xip and change it in there, its called "GameHilite_01.xbx".

Just find a skin that has a highlight that you like and copy it from the skin file to your thc. To open xip files you need to use winxip.
