Install Xbmc From A Cdrw, can this be done? Options

can i install the xbmc to my xbox from a cdrw? or any other downloadable software, skins, emulators, etc. from a cdrw?
please help this newbie

I think it's time somebody reads the Noobie FAQ's, Pinned Threads, all that good stuff.

Best way to load progs like XBMC is ftp, but cd-rw is possible i guess, i never use it.

Just go read some Tutorials and edumacate yourself! It's not really that hard. We've all been n00Bs before.

Yes you can install items from a cd-rw to ur xbox by dling whatever u want unraring it, then if ya wanna run it from the disc use craxation and iso up the contents of your dl and a dummy file if needed with craxation an then burn the iso with nero; if you wanna install the .xbe's and ini's and xml's then just unrar ur dl and burn the contents and a dummy file (if needed) to cdrw w/o making an iso
and use an ftp client on ur xbox to transfer contents from the cd to wherever on ur xbox hdd.
