how do i use both banks? do i split it into 2 512??

also my reset for my controller you know the black back and the triggers
well it doesnt work plz help!

Yep, get 2 512k bios. Put what ever 512k bios you are using into your F:\Bios folder. If you dont have one, make it. Use flashx to flash banks 1 and 2 with what ever bios you want for bank 1 on the switch. And flash 3 and 4 with what ever bios you want for bank 2 on the switch.
