I'm haveing troublee getting MXM skinner to ploting boxs in the correct location on my skin, so I'm going to do it by hand. Is there some kind of grid/map I can go by to see all the points on the X and Y grid?

Thanks,
-Dman

belive it or not.. MS Paint is excellent for this . Just choose the rectangle crop tool watch the status bar. it will give you the left, top, width, height measurements.

edit: of course, create a 640x480 pixel image first.. or open your own background (preferred obviously)

If the bg pic is a png, you can fix it by manually setting stretch to 'false' in the skin xml for the bg.

<LayoutElement Type="Image" Source="bgpicorwhatever">
...
<Scaling X="False" Y="False" />
...
</LayoutElement >
