Hello:

I have all of my wires done except the d0 point. I have read that this is tricky; Nevertheless, there was no real solution or tip that I have read to help me. I am afraid of damaging the point, so if anyone can send me some advice, I would appreciate it.

Personally I prefer to use a peice of fine sand paper preferably the wet and dry type instead of scraping as its possible that you could damage the connection. When I did mine I hardly had to apply very little pressure to get a nice shinny soldering point.

You don't have to use any of that stuff.
Just put some solder on the wire and then connect it to the d0.
you can see my guide for pictures.

Thanks for the responses. All of them sound hard. I guess I'll try the flux, and work my way from there.

Sigh...

DONT USE ANY OF THAT GARBAGE!

You sound like you don't have much soldering experience, so don't do any of that if you dont.

Just flip the board over and look at the digrams that show the underside d0 location. It's about 4 times as big as the upper one, and has solder on it already. All you have to do is add a drop of solder to it and touch the wire to it. That simple.

Don't mess up your board by scraping, or make a messy install with a ton of flux. Flux is for the experienced, and most of them, don't use it.

Just stick to the lower d0. Here is a good digram that has it in it. You'll need adobe acrobat reader to view it. Scroll down and you'll see a pic with the location of the lower d0
