Can I with Xbox DVD FB in the THC Dash DVD's from all region play?

Or I must the THC Dash also Region Free Patchen like the MS Dash?

hehe - don't use those translator tools - they suck lol

but yes - you must patch the tHc xbe with region free patcher to play all region dvd's with it. i never added this patcher to the xbe cuz all dvd's i play on it are ripped and region free anyway smile.gif

I was wondering if one could use xip editor to change the region code check routines to always give a pass result or not check the region at all... Is this possible???

And if it is, what file(s) do I need to change/edit??

sorry for that but i wish to come again on the 1st question of this topic, 'cause i understood something else w/ the title...

Are the tHc Project and their products (Pre-release, Lite & future final wink.gif FREE or NOT ? is all their code (not m$) General Public or not ? is anyone "allowed" (in our hacking scene lol ) to modify (& make better !) the code made by m$ & modded by tHc w/ conditions like right documentation (source, version/authors history, etc.) ?

I think its an important question when you see all passed, present (& future) flamed discussions about that wink.gif

... has nothing to do w/ dvd regions, but the title is matching lol
