I modded a Halo Edition 1.5 xbox for a friend with an Aladdin chip. It worked fine until he put in a Hard drive himself and knocked either the BT or L1 wires out. He resoldered it back himself but now it just turns itself on automatically whenever the power cable is plugged in. I've checked the D0, ground, C7D3, 8 solder points with a multimeter. Tried the original HD. Redone the BT and L1 to no avail. I tried disconnecting the BT and L1 completely and it still did it. Stuck what to do now sad.gif

If it does this the damage is to R3G3, where the BT wire goes. Its value is 10k and its a SMD type. If you want to measure it you need to remove it to check its value.
