After having replayed Sonic, Sonic II and Flicky I'm looking for more Sega games that I've missed the first time round.

Any recommendations?

Landstalker

The Sega Genesis' most overlooked action RPG, yet the best one I played on it.

Thanks for the recommendations chaps - could you tell me how you have your controller keymapped?

Sonic and Flicky only needed one button so mapping didn't really matter but some games are very annoying to play with the standard setting - any suggestions?

Phantasy Star 2 is the best RPG ever. No, FF7 wasn't a bad ripoff of this game, nonono wink.gif

Herzog Zwei is a real time strategy game in split screen, amazing if you've got a good partner to play against.

Aleste and Elemental Master are great shooters with awesome soundtracks.

I had a great time playing Mickey Mouse - Castle of Illusions and El Viento, and, more in an action-RPG fashion, I love the 2 Monsterworld games.

And there are all the Treasure games : Gunstar Heroes, Alien Soldier, Yu Yu Hakusho - Makyotohissen, Ristar and Mc Donald's something. They all deserve their name wink.gif

you don't use the xyz that much so this is the best i got it

mines mapped like X = X, Y = Y, black (or maybe white, whichever one is closest to the Y button) as Z, and A as A, B as B, white as C. This setup on a standard xbox controller pretty much places the buttons all in order and next to each other like a real genesis. Not so much on controller S of course...
