Ouch.. that wouldn't work and if it did, it would be a tight squeez. The reason I say it won't fit is because a PC BARELY fit in an Xbox case. And an Xbox case is way bigger than a PS2 case.

man think of the PSU for a PC.... that won't fit. Maybe you could make that external btu still. Put a laptop into it maybe, but that would just look bad

I'm talking about using a motherboard that you can get for mini pc cases. It has integrated networking, audio, etc.....
It's much smaller than you are thinking....
And I was thinking that maybe you could use the onboard DVD and powersupply on the PS2.....
