Vice20x Big Problem, I need help...fast Options

I want to run the game shamus on the emulator : Vice20X

but how ?

Please help me, the game is for my father,
and if i can start the game,
he buy a xbox for him too.

PLEASE HELP

What i mean, what have i to type to run this game ?
i can only go to the part of the game ,
that it shows me :

"ready"
Load "shamus" ,8,1

serching for shamus
loading
ready.
run

Ready ....

If i type run he says

Ready.
