I just installed a aladdin advance chip and it was workin fine until i put the cover but on the xbox. now i get a black screen on boot up sometimes and i see that the chip is active because the light is yellow, but there nothing on the screen. it will boot up the regular way for some odd reason. please help. sad.gif

You still have a bad connection on something inside. Strip out the board again and re-do the soldering to the LPC and make sure there are no solder splashes or bare wires that could short out. Carefully rebuild the xbxo making sure everything is plugged in correct and tight.

This could be due to the video cable as well, I've seen it a few times. Wiggling it a bit will cause the Xbox to reset and start up with videosignal.
