Hi all, be patient with me please, very new to Xbox modding.

I am sending my Xbox to system-mods tomorrow to have the Xecuter 223B Pro and a 160 gig HD installed.

Once I get the system back I know I'll have to flash the Bios and install a new dashboard, correct?

I know where to find those things, is it easy to do though? I just want to get everything installed and be done with it. I'm not interested in LCD's, or new colors or anything, I just want to be able to play my backups from the HD, or DVDRs, and play on Xbox Live.

Will it have instructions on how to turn off the chip to play on live? Thanks in advance for any advice given.

flashing the new bios will be easy. either use a cd or you can use the external programmer. for fast easy install of the dash use x-disk auto installer. if there is no instructions on how to turn the chip off or for flashing i would recommend http://www.teamxecuter.com as they have all the info you need.
