Seriously Being Stuck Need Help Pls! Options

well i just recently finished installing the xenium mod chip w/ LED and did the HDD upgrade... now im terribly stuck ive searched for the past week on here and other sites, i still cant get how to finish things " flashing the mod chip " i went to "the usualy place" to get the files but it tells me i downloaded too much? it was 1 file, ive also read slayer was a big file so i cant get that supposably?

I recently tried to install dvd2xbox but i still coudlnt figure that one out after reading so many tutorials on how to, sorry im just very frustrated , is there any1 willing to help me out over AIM? the basic functions i really want is to back up games to my HDD and play it off the HDD please email me with your AIM name so i can finally be done with this

thanks for your time pls dont post any links on "how to" i really need a step by step with some1 i ican ask questions with with out having to wait for hours to get a response

thanks again every1 i got everything down from this site in installing stuff its just that i cant get the hang of the flashing my mod chip with a bio's and installing the dashboards so please help pweety pls

go to xbins to get the bios But for the rest ask some1 else b/c i know almost nothing about xeniums
