Why does Slayer's 2.6 say "Total HDD Size: 104.311 GB" with a new Western Digital 120 GB hard drive?

I guess you're just reading the f drive, but take this in account.
c drive: 500mb e drive: almost 5gb xyz drives: 750mb each1 and you really don't have 120gb most likely less than 115gb, i have a 200gb hd and i just can use like 190gb of it, dont know why but it is true. |

When it says "Total Hdd Size" I assumed it meant the whole hd. But I guess it could refer to only the F partition, though.
