When I install a skin I put the *.xip in the skins folder and I put the *.xbx in the presets folder.
Then I reboot the dash and load blackstormx...
But when I try to change skins the screen goes black and my xbox freezes,
am I doing some thing wrong

I had the same problem before. What I had wrong was inside the config.xbx I didn't change the line Xbe Name=bsxdash to match what I renamed my dash.xbe file to. I have my bsx installed on C as my default dash so I changed the xbe file to Evoxdash so my bios would find it. So what I had to do is change the line in the config.xbx file to say Xbe Name=evoxdash

I hope this helps.
