Iv'e just followed some guide how to mod a xbox, without chip.
Iv'e just done the hotswitch, but my hdd_drive or drive.exe keeps saying that it can't find any xbox hard drive... ,

could someone help ?

I just tryd to deactivate the hdd from the device manager, then the hdd_drive said directly that it could'nt find anything.

I just activated the drive, but it still can't find anything..
