ok i just installed my aladdinlive plus to my v1.6 xbox. I followed every single instructure back to front. now when i power up my xbox, the light around the eject button flickersand blinks three times and on the last time it stays steady but i dont see a picture on the screen. I flashed it with the M8_16.BIN EVOX.

Something is wrong with the install. A solder splash or a bad soldered connection. Might also sound obvious but be sure not to put the chip on back to front
