Alright I have seen this posted countless times. It seems that I have read every forum regarding the issue.. I have flashed the bios several different ways. I have used the x3 1943, Gold the x3 1957 and the m8_v16 bios for evox. The only bios I have found to work is the Evox bios M8. Now after I flash the bios it shuts down and I reboot by touching the eject button or the power button doesn't matter. The panel turns blue and no picture no sound on the screen. Now before everyone starts posting and telling me that you are using the wrong A/V cables I assure you that I am not. I am using the ones that came with the Xbox plus if you use component video cables flashbios locks up. So that is not the issue. Secondly it is not my D0 point on the board. Because if it was that means that the Evox bios would not load. If anyone has a real answer that will help please post it here. For flashing purposes just so you know. I have done it by DVD, CD-RW, HD, HTTP, FTP. They all flash it and shut down. So please help.

I believe that the X3 will only read an X3 bios. Do you have your dip switches set right? I flashed my X3 with the first 2 switches on, and the rest off since it was a 1M bios. I just renamed the bios to bios.bin and slapped a dummy file on the cd and it worked fine.
