Hi, Right now im running my Xbox in Stealth mode. (everything is on f/g drive) Everything runs fine, but my question is why is this concidered stealth mode?
is it beacuse when the modchip is of the normal bios only detects c-e and notices that "unknown" directorys on the rootof the drive? Couldn't you just put stuff in the udata or tdata directy to hide it? I have a 250gb hdd so space isn't a factor right now but it just seems like a waste of 5-6gb just sitting there free. you could just dump the base of xbmc or just fill with emu.

I'm not 100% why it is called stealth mode but I suspect it has to do with the recent XBL bannings, where people are getting banned because they do not have a retail C & E drive.

So unless you do not plan on using XBL you can use the C & E drives otherwise they are best left alone.
