Killed my friends hard drive trying to softmod his xbox.
I appear to be locked out.
Even when I put his hard drive in my xbox (which is modded) and load up evox it shows NO I.P. and does not give the amount of space on the HD.
Also - under evox status messages it shows that there was an unlocking problem (06).
I do NOT have the hd key for this drive. Is there any way to wipe this drive using a computer WITHOUT unlocking it first? Ive also tried hotswapping - to no avail.
HD has locked me out - how can I undo this bad bad thing...
I dont want to have to give him MY xbox because I blasted his... sad.gif

Are there any alternate methods to obtain the HD key?
