When I flick the recovery switch on the Xenium to go into recovery mode and start the Xbox, I get a flashing orange/yellow light. It's been working completely fine until now. With the recovery switch off, I get the same error as usual. I can't enter Xenium OS to enable recovery mode from there (long story).

Any advice?

Do you have a readable recovery disk in the drive or the harddrive based one on drive letter E:?

I think you need to have one of the other.
