Let's see. I've got a x2pro with pogopins.

I've realligned the pogopins, about a zillion times. Flashed the chip successfully with the x2 4974, no verify error.

With all switches off, it boots into MS dashboard. With the 3th and 4th dip on, I get the flubber and the X, but no logo under the X. It waits for a while making sounds from the cd-player before entering into the "Your Xbox needs service" screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm that error normally comes up when your hard drive is not present or if you stuck in a new hdd and did not format. Hmmm, put in your evo-x cd, let it boot, ftp back c: up and then try to re-format. But dont do this right away im sure there may be a more simple way.
