Hey guys is all this eeprom talk a positive step towards being unbanned from xbox live?
I still have not modded my xbox and I want to play halo2 on live. But I want to wait until I mod. If I dont wait and get on live now, then swap hardrives, am I screwed? Or can I transfer the eeprom from my original hardrive to my new hardrive, and not be banned ? |

the eeprom is not on the HD but on a chip on the mobo. if you want to go on live AND upgrade your HD, i'd upgrade the drive BEFORE logging on for the first time to minimise your chances of getting banned
