i know a few guys said yhe friends list is down sometimes but ever since ive been banned it always says i dont have any friends, i got banned on H2 release night

has anyone else had this problem i mean not once i have been able see online friends at xbox.com since the ban

it's pretty random when it works.. half the time I get that message and I'm NOT banned.
