Waffletools, So many softmod installers..... Options

Well, I've been softmodding for about 2 months now and I decided I would make a softmod installer package. I've actually completed it and tested it a little, but I was just wondering if there was interest in yet another installer. Here's some info about it.

Uses the Mechassault game hack from ltools (thanks idots).
Uses UnleashX 0.37.1207A in the Gamesave
You can FTP into your box from the gamesave (DHCP)
Installs xboxdash.xbe and fonts from uxe-complete (thanks devzero)
Installs PBLMetooPlus1.4.1 EvoXM8 Bios
Installs UnleashX 0.37.1207A
Makes a backup of your original dash along with a backup of the UXE package.

The scripts I wrote and included allow you to
Install UXE while making backups of C, UXE, and EEPROM
Reinstall UXE without messing with backups
Clear Cache
Backup C
Backup EEPROM (thanks to idots)
Backup UXE
Restore original dash backup (great for people who want to switch back to MS Dash to play on live)
Restore UXE backup (great for people who want to switch back from MS Dash to play modded style).

All with one or two button presses. My only beef is I couldn't get it to install UXE and hex edit the MSDash to run f0nts(sorry, these are somewhat simple scripts). I haven't tested the ability to go on live after restoring the original dash backup but all my research points to the fact that as long as your C drive is stock, you're running msbios and your harddrive is married correctly, you won't be banned (please tell me if this is not the case). Is there any interest in this or is everybody content with ltools?

actually i think it's pretty cool there are so many installers...
but i'm a developer for a day job and i know the importance of documentation... anybody care for documenting his home made installer? maybe a basic flow-chart or something like that... it would clear up alot of stuff and would certainly reveal the differences between all of them

i know i'm not using one untill i know exactly what is going on, and i'm too lazy to go crawling through someone elses scripts and figure that out myself... i'll just keep doing it manually, or maybe create one of my own

so i'll say it again... documentation! (man i'm starting to sound like my phb, otoh he doesn't care much about documentation)

I have made a SC and MA package. But I don't know how to upload to xbins.
My package works great with live

I'd almost feel bad going public with it at this point though. All the sudden, there's like 5 softmod installers and new people will be confused. I wrote this installer with no intention of bringing it to xbox-scene but I figure "why not?"

Thanks, I'm trying to get it uploaded to xbins.

Also, that screen is misleading, installing UXE makes a backup of your EEPROM too.
Currently feeling vastly underappreciated though
