I've been having some problems with ebay since yesterday, when I go to leave feedback for bid on an item, I get this error:

QUOTE
High security alert!!!
You are not permitted to download the file "eBayISAPI.dll".

I haven't changed any settings on my browser or os since the last time I used ebay successfully.
