ok...i was plannin on pimpin out my xbox wit leds and was wondering how many i needs to light up my design...i outlined the area i need lit and was wondering how many leds do u recommend me buying

just buy like 50 on ebay for liek 17 dollars, so what if u have more? just save um and use um for future projects

yeah, i bought 100 and sold 50 of them to a friend for a much as i bought the whole hundred for. and get the right resistors too. i'd go with blue or UV. i love UV now that i've used it in my xbox.

i've heard you can really put as many LEDs in as you want (i've heard 250)

i found a site that sells around 8 dollars canadian for 10

or 1.75 for one


is that a good deal?

hahahah its more expensive than radio shack! how many mcds? 200? get some 5000 mcd for .17 cents from 123leds.com or lsdiodes.com

ebay, definately ebay, i bought them from a guy with the name best hong kong or w/e, they're shipped from a factory in hong kong, and they're so cheap

lol....ok...but when i got to 123leds.com and click on 5mm it says "There are no products to list in this category"...same thing happens when i choose the blue color under 3mm

they dont have a section on 5mm or 10mm i dont know why they have thme there if they dont sell them but what ever.

i dont know y blue isnt showing i bought alot from them and it was backordered maybe they just closed it till they fill all there orders

guy told me that was there best selling led
