I am having trouble ftping into my xbox. I am connected through a router and everything seems fine, but when i type in the adress that is displayed through the x3 bios it does not let me connect (192.168.0.1). I am sure its something simple that i am missing. Any ideas?

More than likely if you have a router it is using the ip address 192.168.0.1. Check and see what ip address your computer is using as a gateway or as a primary dns server. These addresses are usually those of your router. If these are 192.168.0.1 you will need to change the ip address of your xbox.

make sure that you are puttin x3 for username and password its not xbox!

and what kind of network do you have static or DHCP
