is it the eeprom that xbox bans on xbox live?

if so
how can i get this off mine? i know someone wanting it. i dont ever plan to use my live capability

someone mentioned config magic

but where and how? and what do i need?
and so forth

i run the eeprom update
it backed it up first

i ended up with 6 files

EEPROMBACKUP.bin
EEPROMBACKUP.cfg
EEPROMBACKUP.txt
EEPROMBACKUPBEFOREUPDATE.bin
EEPROMBACKUPBEFOREUPDATE.cfg
EEPROMBACKUPBEFOREUPDATE.txt

if i say wanna sell or give my un banned eeprom to someone

wut files do i want to give them
and wut should i not give?

they have to unlock their drive, then either one of those works.

They update their eeprom with one the two bins, then relock their harddrive and they should be unbanned.
