Ive just been watching this interview on forza motorsport

in it he says

'du to the capabilitoes of the xbox, with its hard drive we are able to stream huge tracks like this in great detail...'

i assume he means that the tracks will be read from the disk, and put into temp storage on the hard drive, this of course poses a problem for those with small hard drives and very little space.

check out the interview, and tell me what you think....

Its a retail game, designed to work with a retail xbox (8GB HDD)
So it will work, plus he is probably refuring to the cache partitions, which all current games use anyway.

my point was, i have a retail xbox, with an 8gig hard drive, but because i have various apps and games installed, i have very little spare space, and im sure im not the only one in my situation, so it may well be that we will either have to upgrade or delete, no?

The xbox uses the X,Z,Y partitions to store temp files and they are 750MB each, and you dont have files stored there, so the game will still work.
