Delete these files from the root of the disc

this will allow the NTSC version of Halo 2 and Halo2 Limited Edition to fit on a standard single layer dvd-/+r

With Halo 2 almost a year old I think it's okay to unpin this one. I've also got it covered under the new pinned tutorial...
