Ok, i am not sure where this goes but i am hopeing a mod sees this and can answer my question.
i have an xbox in my car the dvd remote from MS works well but the base doesnt pick up the signal sent unless the remote is pointed at the base or in the general direction of the base. Well the box is under my seat and faceing towards the back and is honestly not easy to use, esp while driving. I want to relocate the eye. I have searched for extension cords, but they are all the ones that plug into a controller. I am looking for one that i could extend the optical ey about 4 feet. a simple male connector on one side and female on the other would work out great. That way i could relocate the base to another location and then plug the extension inot the xbox under my seat. Please let me know where or if i could get these cables. thanks! |

Take the dongle apart and wire it to a contoller extension.
