i had the old nexgen working to an extent but i'm trying to switch to the newest one and it doesn't even boot it just comes up with the load screen then it freezes

i have the xenium ice chip i have the m8_16 bios i am running evox and it works fine. Nexgen V2.0.0 Alpha NYE is on the c drive and i'm running it from evox. could my xml file not be set up right?
